Shake and Stir
Inaugural Shake & Stir fundraising event Sunday, December 12 from noon to 5 p.m. to benefit Highgate Charitable Foundation. The event is a combined effort with The Bungalows at Pacific Edge Hotel, The Pacific Edge Hotel, Mosaic Hotel, Maison Hotel, The Westin Long Beach, and Hotel Figueroa. Guests will have the unique opportunity to experience a variety of champagne, sparkling wines, craft cocktails and coastal cuisine, all while enjoying panoramic ocean views from the oceanfront restaurants. Executive Chef Rainer Schwarz and his team will prepare delicious tastes from The Deck, Driftwood Kitchen and Hendrix Restaurant & Bar. The event will include beverages from Ketel One, Grey Goose, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Nolet’s Gin, Casamigos Tequila, Captain Morgan, RumHaven, Bacardi, Stoli Vodka, Ballast Point Brewery, Laguna Beach Beer Company, Champs de Provence Rose, Veuve Clicquot, Salt Rose, Cloudy Bay, Milagro Tequila, Hendrick’s Gin, Kendall Jackson, San Benedetto Water, Coca-Cola, and Lavazza Coffee, among others. Yes, this is going to be like our "Sip and Shuck" party with a different theme (and without oysters). The attire is yacht casual but watch the weather and be prepared for anything.
It is with great excitement that we ‘Shake & Stir’ up some fun again with the community while supporting an organization that impacts so many in need worldwide. We look forward to welcoming guests for an afternoon of incredible bites, terrific champagnes, wines and spirits, and presenting lively entertainment set against stunning oceanfront views. As always at our events, guests can look forward to a few surprises along the way.
General admission tickets for the 21-and-over event are available for purchase for $125 pre-sale (1 p.m. entry) or $175 for VIP (early entry at noon). Pre-sale discount ends November 28th at 5pm. Admission includes action appetizer stations, as well as access to champagne, wine, cocktail and beer sampling.
