Henrico County Alumnae Chapter is delighted to invite you to the River City as we host the 2022 Virginia Fall State Meeting.  The meeting will be held at Huguenot High School, October 28 -29, 2022, located at 7945 Forest Hill Ave, Richmond, VA 23225. All registration for the Virginia Fall State Meeting is electronic and must be completed, including the registration payment, online. THERE WILL BE NO ONSITE REGISTRATION. Registration fees are transferrable between sorors but are non-refundable. On Friday, October 28, 2022, pick up of registration materials will take place from 6:30pm - to 8:30pm, at Huguenot High School.  All attendees are invited to attend the welcome reception sponsored by the host chapter between 6:30pm and 8:30pm in the school's cafeteria.  A Chapter Presidents' meeting is scheduled for Friday evening from 7:00pm - 8:30pm. The attire is business casual with no JEANS.  All chapter presidents or a chapter representative are expected to attend.  Attire for Saturday's meeting is business. The meeting will begin promptly at 9:00am with the dais processional.  We are excited to welcome you to Richmond to the 2022 Fall State Meeting, and we assure you that this meeting is being planned to provide you with opportunities to connect, reconnect, and celebrate with sorors while we take care of the business of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated in the Sensational South Atlantic Region.
