Welcome to the 2022 Wells Football Foundation annual raffle. 100% of the proceeds directly benefit our high school and youth football players in grades kindergarten through twelfth grade within the Ida B. Wells-Barnett High School boundaries in southwest Portland, Oregon.
Our raffle will be held on Friday, October 21st, prior to the Ida B. Wells-Barnett Guardians varsity football home game versus the Cleveland High School Warriors. Each raffle ticket will cost $10 and a maximum of 1,750 will be sold. Ticket holders need not be present to win.
PRIZES
Three-day Stay in Pacific City, Oregon
This Oregon coast getaway features its own hot tub and is just a short walk to the beach, lots of fun shopping, and the famed Pacific City Brewpub. No pets. No smoking indoors. The winner must be reserve their stay within one year after the prize is awarded. Prize is for three CONSECUTIVE days only. The only blackout dates are Christmas through shortly after New Year's Day. Retail value: Approximately $1,000.

3rd prize: College football tickets
Two tickets to see the Oregon State University Beavers host the University of Oregon Ducks at Reser Stadium in Corvallis, Oregon on Sat., Nov., 26th 2022 1pm PST (tickets are in the lower section - 117. Row 25).
Retail value: $399.90
Oregon rules and regulations regarding raffles only pertain to Oregon and do not cross state lines. Each U.S. state and territory has their own rules and regulations regarding raffles. See Oregon Administrative Rules 137-025-0040(6) for more information. Should a winning raffle ticket be found to have not been purchased in accordance with Oregon raffle regulations, the ticket holder will be refunded and a new ticket will be randomly chosen for the prize in question. PLEASE NOTE: Buyers of raffle tickets must be physically in Oregon at the time of purchase and must be age 18 or older.
